Read the “Up next” row: time, patient and service.
Click the row to open the Calendar.
More
When nothing is left for today, it says “Nothing until the end of the day”. The row and the numbers next to it appear only to people allowed to see appointments.
Everyone on the team has the Dashboard, with no permission needed, but its numbers follow permissions: a doctor who sees only their own patients sees only their own day.
Read “Booked today”, “Remaining to do”, “Completed”, “Collected today”, “No-shows”.

Number
What it counts
“Booked today”
today's appointments, excluding cancelled ones and portal requests not yet confirmed
“Remaining to do”
appointments not yet started, finished or marked as no-shows; below, what percentage of the day is done
“Completed”
appointments finished today; below, how many are in treatment right now
“Collected today”
money collected today — only for people allowed to see payments
“No-shows”
patients marked “No-show” today
A zero is shown faded, not red: a day without no-shows is not an alarm. If the schedule could not be loaded (for example, a connection problem), the numbers show “—”, not 0, and “Up next” says “The schedule could not be requested”.
Type the task in the field (for example “e.g. order gloves size M”).
Click “Add” or press Enter.
Tick the box when it is done — it stays on the list, crossed out.
Untick it if it needs to be reopened.
The trash can (“Delete …”) deletes it permanently.
More
“To do” is the clinic's shared list — the same as “Tasks” in the Command Center (there you can also edit the text). What one person writes, the whole team sees. The corner shows how many are open, or “up to date”.
Read the wide box on the left: today's patients from now on, by time.
Click “→ Calendar” for the whole day.
More
Each row has the service, doctor, time and colored status. The clinic chooses how many rows to show (8 by default — where); if there are more, the bottom says how many more and “— see in Calendar”. Once the day is over, the box shows the last appointments, with the note “The day's schedule has ended — the last for today:”.
Read the “Day prep” box: today's patients with untreated findings on X-rays.
Click the patient's name to open their record.
Click the marked tooth to open the imaging study.
More
An untreated finding is a cavity, lesion, etc. found on an X-ray with nothing in the treatment plan for that tooth. The team sees these patients before they walk into the room, not after they have left.
Anyone who sees all doctors' appointments has a “My patients” checkbox in the corner, which narrows the list to their own patients.
The box appears only if the clinic uses the per-tooth radiology report (an Imaging module), the role is allowed to see the day prep, and the section is turned on in the Dashboard layout.
Read the cards with one big number below the day bar.
Click a card with an arrow in the corner to open the screen the number comes from.

Good to know:
“To confirm” counts only today and the first day the clinic is open after today. On Friday evening, if Saturday is closed, it counts Monday. Reception can bring it to zero in an hour of phone calls.
“Revenue today” and “Average value” start from the price set on appointments; an appointment with no price adds zero.
“Revenue this month” and “Collected today” are money actually collected, not work done.
The trend shows at a glance whether the week is full at the start and empty at the end. “Status today” lists only statuses with at least one appointment; in the layout the box is called “Status distribution”.
Click the link in the box (“→ Inventory”, “See all my stock”, “Request materials”) to open Stock.
More
All of them need the Stock module and permission to see stock, and appear only when they have something to show:
“⚠ Stoc critic” (Critical stock) — the first three materials below the threshold, with quantity and threshold (“4/10”). In the layout: “Critical stock alert”.
“My stock” — the first five materials in your room; those at the threshold are marked. For doctors and assistants.
“My requests” — the material requests you made, with each one's status and how many are “pending”. For doctors and assistants. In the layout: “My material requests”.
Below the boxes there may also be a “N batches expiring soon” strip, linking to Stock.
In “Indicators (KPI)” or “Sections”, the switch on a row (“Hide”) removes the item from the Dashboard.
Under “Hidden”, the switch (“Show”) adds it to the end of the list.
Go back to the Dashboard — the change is already saved.
More
The same place opens from Settings → Personalization → Dashboard and is marked “For your account only”: colleagues with the same role see nothing change.
There is no save button — every change is saved immediately. If saving fails, a red message appears above the lists.
What you see depends on three things: role (doctor, assistant, reception and administrator start from different layouts), permissions (without permission to see payments, no money figure appears) and the clinic's modules (without Stock, the stock boxes disappear).
Drag the row by the handle on the left to where you want it.
Or click the up/down arrows on the row.
More
The arrows also work from the keyboard and on touch screens, where dragging does not. Indicators are ordered among themselves, sections among themselves. “Today's schedule”, if shown, always sits in the left column; the other sections go on the right, in the chosen order.
On the Dashboard, click “Default”, next to “Customize”.
At “Revert to the default Dashboard?”, click “Revert to default”.
More
“Default” appears only when your layout differs from the clinic's. “Reset” in the “Customise the dashboard” card does the same. Your layout is deleted and the indicators and sections recommended for your role are restored; you can customize again at any time.
Read the “ℹ️ Your role:” line in “Customise the dashboard”.
If you need a number you can't see, ask the administrator for the permission.
More
The line states your role and the layout offered — administrator, doctor, assistant or reception. The list offers only what makes sense for you:
money indicators — only in the administrator layout (“The financial sections are available to administrators only.”);
“My stock” and “My material requests” — to doctors and assistants;
anything tied to a module the clinic does not use (Stock, the waiting list, the per-tooth radiology report) is not offered at all;
the accountant, HR and read-only accounts get the reception layout.
An indicator shown in the list may still not appear on the Dashboard if the role lacks permission for its number (for example “Critical stock” without permission to see stock).
today's schedule, tasks, critical stock, my requests, day prep, no-show risk, waiting list, status
Reception (and accountant, HR, read-only)
“To confirm”, “Appointments/wk”, “New patients”
day prep, no-show risk, today's schedule, waiting list, tasks, status
The day's numbers are not among the default indicators because the day bar already shows them — the same number three times on one screen helps no one.
This is a clinic setting, changed by whoever can edit clinic settings. Anyone not allowed to open the calendar (for example, the accountant) still lands on the Dashboard.
Check your role in Settings → Account → My account.
If you need numbers for the whole clinic, ask the administrator for the permission.
More
Every number follows the permissions of whoever is looking. A doctor who sees only their own calendar sees only their appointments on the Dashboard, “To confirm” only for their patients and “Collected today” only from their payments. Reception and the administrator see the whole clinic.
Click “Default” on the Dashboard (or “Reset” in “Customise the dashboard”).
If it says “The dashboard could not be loaded.”, click retry.
More
If you have hidden everything, only the greeting and the day bar remain. If the error message stays after a retry, check your connection and tell the administrator.
Check whether it has anything to show — for example, whether anyone is waiting on the list.
Check in “Customize” that the section is among the shown ones.
More
“No-show risk”, “Waiting list”, “⚠ Stoc critic” (Critical stock), “My stock” and “My requests” appear only when they have something to show, even if they are turned on in the layout. That's a good sign.
